Along with the board of directors, Paul oversees the strategic management of the organisation, making sure that the services being provided are running effectively and safely for the wellbeing of both children and employees. He is passionate about his work and about his vision for therapeutic children’s care.
Ramona Moldovan: Registered Manager
Ramona has extensive experience of working within different care settings. She worked for several years in schools and later moved into residential care work, she has also worked in a mother and baby unit, work with young girls/CSE, teenage mothers, young offenders and youth work. Ramona is very dedicated to her job: she likes to spend time with the children in her care, as well as supporting the team to achieve clear and consistent improvements in children’s lives.
Our therapeutic residential team are all training with the charity Childhood First, and Middlesex University, for a Foundation Certificate in Therapeutic Support Work. They are all passionate about their work and improving the prospects of children and young people in their care. They all engage in a weekly reflective group to process and think about their work, and monthly theory seminars to undertake complex psychodynamically-informed therapeutic intervention. Our team come from a variety of ethnic backgrounds and we have an even ratio of male-female staff. Our staff have degree-level qualifications in psychoanalytic and social care-based subjects and have many years’ experience in residential settings, psychiatric hospitals and educational provisions.
